Beard Signs Extension, Pokes Swept, Football News

April 30, 2019

This week we discuss the new contract extension for Texas Tech men's basketball coach Chris Beard, as well as his recent recruiting successes.

The Red Raider baseball team is fresh off a sweep of the Oklahoma State Cowboys and look to travel to Norman this weekend for the last road series of the season. Fans may be a little disappointed by the performance thus far, but you are still in contention for a national seed to host a Super Regional. Let that sink in that fans may be disappointed in the season and you're still within reach of being a national seed.

Matt Wells named 16 football players as team captains. That feels like too many.
